Read till the end !! It’s 2:30 am January 1 2026 and the roads are bad ! Every where we call they try to charge us 250-300 ++ for a couple of hours .. we call this place and the lady at the desk is very friendly and full of heart. We got a room under 200$ and she gave us milk for our kid since everything was closed near by ! Loved the service and I recommend this place a lot !!

Stay here almost monthly for work. Its a very clean, respectable hotel. Breakfast is good, showers are hot and the beds are super comfy. Def worth the visit if you need a place to sleep

Had a great stay at the Microtel in Casselman! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are very well laid out, functional, and spotless. I had a quiet, comfortable stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant, no-fuss experience!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and offered a rate reasonable to the amount of time of our stay. We had to have an early morning check in after a long travel day. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely return.

Everything room wise was great, but if I knew their breakfast was that crappy, I'd have looked for a Best Western, for 200$ a "Free" breakfast should have meat and scrambled eggs. I was looking forward to a good breakfast.. and it sucked. Good coffee though, coffee was much better than Best Western. Room was good, I had the "dog" room, so I'm sure there are nicer rooms.. but it was still good, clean. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, helpful and could laugh at jokes. Perfectly fine place to stay if you don't care about a breakfast..

A decent micro hotel at a decent price. I was pleasantly surprised at the huge size of rooms and decent interior. I would have loved to see better variety provided for breakfast.

Great Stay, But One Major Issue! My unplanned stay at this hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The staff was very cooperative and welcoming, making the experience even better. What I Loved: Great Location: Conveniently close to the highway and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Well-Maintained Rooms: The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Nice Breakfast Area: The dining space was clean and well-organized. However, I feel the hotel could improve variety by adding options like scrambled eggs and hash browns. The One Big Issue – Smoking Smell on 4th Floor! Although this is a smoke-free hotel, the 4th floor had a strong, strange smoke odor—not like regular cigarette smoke, but something unusual. This was quite unpleasant. The hotel should conduct frequent safety rounds on each floor to prevent this issue. Final Thoughts: Despite this one major concern, my overall experience was good. If the hotel improves its air quality and floor monitoring, it would be perfect! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)
